Yes. My weekend. (Well, some weekend a few months ago, now!)
Engineering-guy and I decided it was time to stay at his place for a change, and he was going to cook for me, which he was slightly nervous about.
If he knew me well, he`d known that I am a human hoover; I`ll eat anything.
As usual, I was very indecisive when choosing a wine for the evening, so I ended up buying both a bottle of chilean red. Wish I`d stuck with the usual spanish.
Food was nice, we watched a bit of tv, put some music on. Drank the wine, then came to the conclusion I had to try this cognac he loves. Had a glass of that. Still not converted cognac lover. Then a beer. Then another bottle of wine. Then emptied the cognac bottle.
Result: Very drunk.
The hangover was unbearable on Saturday, so I had to go home and empty the contents of my stomach the rest of the afternoon. Woke up later, watched a few norwegian movies this time around; Dead Snow (about nazi zombies..) and The Troll Hunter (about..trolls! Suprisingly entertaining!!).
And another surprisingly good movie; Welcome To The Rileys, I think James Gandolfini and Kristen Stewart put in some pretty good performances there! Twilight´s Bella as a 16 year old troubled stripper in New Orleans?!
Sunday also watched a few more episodes of Modern Family and The Walking Dead (more zombies).
Went out for a long stroll in the park yesterday, as the sun has finally come out from it`s winter hibernation, and I got the idea of trying to get my cat to come out for walks.
I live in an apartment in the city, so she is an indoor cat, but I want her to be happy, and I know she is dieing to go outside and play.
So I bought a harness for her today..trying to familiarize her with it, and tomorrow we are going out for our first walk! Haha! I have hunch it will be her walking me, not the other way around..
